Our Initiatives

Career Advancement Program (CAP)
This is a 2 years rotational program implemented through a Career Advancement Program (CAP) TECH HUB established in the African university, that aims to nurture and build up young Africans in universities in tech careers and tech innovation (entrepreneurship) empowering them to become tech professionals and founders.
The Program consist of three phases completed in each year: Learn, Build and Launch.
LEARN
Students are inducted into the their university CAP Tech Hub and given the choice to select their pathway - option to join the No Code Track, Code Track, and TechPreneur Track. This phase is learning focused with frequent training sessions.

BUILD
Students collaborate in teams to practice learned skills and solve Africa focused problems leveraging case studies. Post-case studies, students collaborate to build solutions for real-world problems in Africa, with the guidance and feedback of tech professionals, mentors and experts.

LAUNCH
Students in the No Code and Code Track are positioned for Internship opportunities with partners, local and international companies. Students in the TechPreneur Track are positioned to showcase their projects to potential investors, and receive support to scale and support their ventures.

This is a membership based program that provide women focused tech communities that aims to empower and inspire women in tech to grow and succeed in Africa.
The program consist of two niche communities centered on Mentorship, Networking, and promoting Opportunities: Women in Tech Africa and Women Founders in Tech Africa.

WOMEN FOUNDERS IN TECH AFRICA:
Our initiative, Women Founders in Tech Africa (WFTA) plays a pivotal role in closing gender gaps and fostering a thriving ecosystem of female entrepreneurs. By providing access to funding opportunities, mentorship, training, networking, and advocacy, the initiative empowers women to lead successful tech startups, drive innovation, and contribute to economic and social development across Africa.
